Conditions.

By purchasing or receiving a dataset from Datorra India, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Every dataset is delivered under a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your internal marketing and business development use. You may not resell, sub-licence or redistribute the data without written permission.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when using the data — including the DPDP Act, TRAI DND regulations and any sector-specific rules (SEBI, IRDAI, RBI). Datorra is not liable for misuse of the data by the buyer.

Datasets are typically delivered in 24 hours for standard categories and 3–5 working days for custom multi-filter sets. Delivery timelines will be confirmed in the quote.

We warrant that data is composed with reasonable care from legitimate sources and passed through de-duplication and sample verification. Given the dynamic nature of business data, we do not warrant 100% accuracy but target 95%+ across all deliveries.

Our aggregate liability under any dataset delivery is limited to the fee paid for that specific delivery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms may be updated periodically. The last-updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
