No Refund

Policy.

Datorra India operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a database has been delivered — whether in Excel, CSV or any other format — the sale is considered final and no refund, partial refund or credit will be issued under any circumstance.

Business databases are digital, one-of-a-kind and immediately usable. The moment a dataset changes hands, the buyer receives the full commercial value of the delivery. Because the data cannot be un-delivered, revoked or verified for non-use, refunds are not commercially or operationally possible.

We strongly encourage every buyer to review the sample slice, scope document and data dictionary shared during the pre-sales conversation. Confirm the fields, geography and filters before making payment. Once payment is received and the full dataset is delivered, the order is closed.

We stand behind the quality of our data. If more than 15% of records in a delivery are demonstrably non-contactable — invalid phone, hard-bounced email or dead entity — we will replace those specific records within 7 working days at no additional cost. This is a replacement guarantee, not a refund. Please raise such requests within 15 days of delivery, along with proof of contact attempt.

Payments made toward a confirmed order but before the delivery has been dispatched are non-refundable. In select cases, we may — at our sole discretion — convert the paid amount into a service credit valid for 90 days against a different database category. This is a courtesy, not a right.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against a delivered database will be treated as a breach of these terms. We will contest such disputes with delivery evidence and, where necessary, take legal action to recover the amount along with associated fees.
