When you contact us or purchase a database, we collect the information you provide — name, business email, phone, company name and the specific dataset requirement. We may also collect basic web analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type) for legitimate business purposes.

We use enquiry information solely to respond to you, scope a quote and deliver the dataset you requested. We may occasionally send you updates about new categories or features — you can opt out at any time by replying to any email.

Datorra sells business intelligence datasets composed from legally sourced public registries (MCA, GST, RTO, RERA), first-party partner data, and voluntary business submissions. We do not sell personal consumer data without lawful consent.

We operate in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and prevailing telecom regulations. Every dataset delivery is preceded by a lightweight data-use agreement outlining permitted use.

Datasets and enquiry records are stored on encrypted infrastructure with strict access controls. Access is limited to employees who need it to serve your request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry data at any time by writing to hello@datorra.in. We respond within seven working days.
